We are photographing (and filming) Sania and Irfan's Edmonton Ismaili wedding this month so we thought it made sense to share their engagement session today.
First off let us say how amazing these two are in front of the camera, seriously they were naturals! We started photographing about an hour or so before sunset. As photographers, we love the evening golden light so all of our engagement sessions will start around that time. As you can probably notice in the photos, that was a good choice because the lighting was perfect. We started by hanging out in one of our favorite city parks, Henrietta Muir Edwards. Spending some time in nature because who doesn't love nature? After a bit we headed over to the Muttart Conservatory for some stunning city views and some cool architectural features. This is one of our favorite unique spots in Edmonton to photograph at.
We saved the best for last though. We made our way to the top of Gallagher Park for some epic downtown Edmonton sunset views.
On top of all of this, these two got to be part of a new type of video that we are doing for some couples, an engagement video! We are loving the slow-mo and romantic vibes of their video. Make sure to give that a watch too.
