As Edmonton Wedding Photographers, we get such a variety of weddings that bring us to so many different beautiful places. Laura and Jannick got married in the middle of their favourite place, the Alberta Country Side, near Red Deer. Every time we end up in Central Alberta, we fall in love with it again - each time for different reasons. Laura started the day at Copper Lane Hair Salon in Lacombe, where she got both her and her girls got their hair and make-up done. It was such a cute and trendy salon. A pleasant surprise in the small town of Lacombe. Jannick got ready with all of his groomsmen at his family farm. The ceremony took place in Redeemer United Church in Lacombe. It was a very sweet, simple, and romantic ceremony. The best kind of simple where the focus is the love between human beings.
Our favourite part about Laura and Jannick's wedding was heading down to Burbank for some portraits. We had never been here before, but we now know that it is STUNNING. You'll have to scroll down to see the images. After Burbank, we stopped off in a field for some more portraits. The light was absolutely amazing because it was during wildfire season. The light smoke in the air caused all of the photographs to have a stunning golden-hour glow to them. After the portraits were done, it was time to party at Lincoln Hall at Gull Lake.
