We always love photographing St Albert engagement sessions of our friends because you already know their personalities (this is a reason we love to meet all of our clients), and you already know that they will have fun together. It's always a fun time - Amy and Ty's session is no different.
Since we all love nature and Amy and Ty wanted to bring along their adorable corgi, we suggested one of our favourite parks in St.Albert - Lois Hole Centennial Park. This park has everything you want for a nature session, like beautiful grassy fields, unique trees, access to water, and the perfect sunsets every night.
We started by wandering through long grassy fields to catch those perfect sun flares as the sun sets. Slowly, we made our way into a small but stunning patch of forest nearby. Then we walked along the well-maintained marshlands, listening to the chirping black birds and coot honks as we made out way to the lakefront. The sunset was perfect, with amazing pink and purple hues. While we watched the sunset Amy and Ty enjoyed a cool, refreshing glass of wine. it was pretty much the most perfect setting you could ask for your engagement session to be in.
Amy and Ty are such a sweet couple and we really wanted to show their love in these images and we are so honored to be the one photographing their love. We are so excited to photograph Ty and Amy's wedding this summer. Can't wait!
